- At least 3 yrs of relevant working experience in project management in interior fitting out works, commercial renovation works on Fashion, Cosmetics, Retail Areas
- Meticulous, multi-task, collaborate and work independently under pressure/div>
- Communicate with strong interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition and high-spirit nature
- Good follow up and co-ordination skills
- Resourceful, flexible and adaptable in a fast pace environment
- Highly self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, good working attitude and team player
- English language competency in both written and spoken is required
- Computer literate
- Knowledge in structural and M&E works, AutoCAD, ability to read technical drawings will be an advantage
Project Executive (Commercial / Retail FitoutProjects)
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate and assist Account Manager with existing projects
- Meeting clients with Account Manager to understand scope of work and formulate Costing
- Co-ordinate layout plan, detailed drawings, M&E plan and project schedule
- Vendor Sourcing
- Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and on-site recce
- Work closely with clients, Account Managers, designers, approved vendors
- Managing operating cost for projects
- Constantly supervise, control coordinate works according to project plans to ensure timelines. Conduct frequent sites inspections and meetings to ensure high quality standard work of subcontractors and on time delivery of materials as according to schedule
