- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Visual Communications or Fine Arts for concept, product, interaction, industrial design, or related field or discipline
- Designer with ATL, BTL and consumer-focused design development background
- Hands-on-knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD); Knowledge on WordPress and in using 3D rendering design software (Rhino, SketchUp or equivalent) is a plus
- 5 years+ proven design related work experience as a Senior Designer or similar role with design managing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Sketching ability to communicate design intent — fluency in English is expected
- Responsible, mature and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, resourceful and has good time management skill
- Organized and meticulous with good eye for details
- A strong portfolio and a team player are a must
Visual Designer (Singapore)
Responsibilities:
- Translation of brand strategy and concept into successful design execution
- Manage and communicate conceptual design work via sketching and visual communication tools
- Ensure consistency and distinctiveness of brand identities
- Confidently and decisively bring ideas to life via prototypes and design leadership
- Presentations, pitching concepts to design team and clients
- Work closely with sales and marketing team to develop and deliver creative solutions to quickly respond to internal briefs and address commercial needs
- Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end
- Assists on overseeing all design projects
