Overseeing and implementing finance, accounting (full sets preferred) and related admin work Develop and track annual/monthly budgets Develop control measures/policy Track, provide Analysis and Provide recommendations to manage overhead cost Familiar with trade financing instruments and dealings with Banks Managing the tax and audit functions Develop Management Reports Manage AP & AR Forecast and Manage Cash flow Oversee payroll, levy, CPF, IRA8 and other statutory requirements. Prepare Cash flow forecast Oversee HR functions such as payroll, work permit etc. Familiar with trade financing instruments and dealings with Banks Supervise the transactions with suppliers and sub-contractors, including payments, creditor reconciliation and verification of sub-contractor certification. Supervise the invoicing and collections from customers, including account receivable Facilitate the preparation of Audited report by auditor
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Accounting or Finance ACCA/CPA a plus Knowledge in Statutory requirements a must At least 2 years of working experience in related field Effective communicator in both oral and writing Candidate with experience in Navision Financials version 2.6 will be advantageous Competency in Ms Office Independent, motivated and able to operate effectively under stress Excellent interpersonal skills a must Responsible and good working attitude
