Nationwide Cross-Channel Merchandising Transformation

OBJECTIVE

Starmedia partnered with Colgate Malaysia to redesign and deploy a new generation of merchandising units across more than 250 Modern Trade stores nationwide over an 8-month implementation.

The project covered Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Watsons, Guardian and other key retail channels, delivering a complete turnkey solution from strategy and design through production, nationwide deployment and ongoing lifecycle support.

Starmedia is tasked to  create a scalable merchandising platform that delivers a consistent brand experience across different retail channels while enabling Colgate to respond faster to new product launches, promotions and changing market needs.

CHALLENGE
